THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You understand that no system is 100% secure and use the Services at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Syncronis will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Syncronis will not be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
- Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, or otherwise).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Syncronis, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

- Your infringement of any third-party rights
12. Termination
By You
You may terminate your account at any time by:
- Using the account deletion feature in Settings
- Contacting support at support@syncronis.net
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Fail to pay fees when due
- Engage in activity that may harm other users or our systems
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Services ends immediately
- We will delete your data within 30 days (unless legally required to retain)
- Sections on liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. For material changes:
- We'll notify you via email or platform notification
- Changes take effect 30 days after notice (or immediately for security-related updates)
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
