§ Pricing · Per-machine

Simple, per-machine pricing.

First 5 machines are free. Graduated rates after that: each tier applies only to machines within that range, so larger fleets always get the better unit price.

Founder pricing. These are our rates while we onboard our first customers, and they rise as Syncronis grows. Start now and you keep today's price for good.

We run the control plane; your vault and machines always stay on your own infrastructure. Prefer to run everything yourself, control plane included? Self-hosting is available with an Enterprise agreement (offline license + support).

Common questions about pricing & plans.

Something not covered? Email us and we will answer within one business day.

    What counts as a "machine"?

Any Linux device running a Syncronis agent and registered with your control plane, physical or virtual. Stopped or unregistered machines do not count toward your plan limit.

Can I try it at full scale before paying?

Yes. The free plan (5 machines) is for evaluation; to prove it at your real scale, run a 14-day trial of the paid plan: put a card on file and enrol your entire fleet, any number of machines, with no charge until day 14. Cancel before then and you are never billed. One trial per company. For larger fleets we set the trial up with you directly.

    Can I self-host Syncronis?

Yes. Self-hosting is available with an Enterprise agreement (offline license plus support). It's the same binary, so the control plane, vault, and agents all run on your own infrastructure, with no phone-home. Your vault already lives on your infrastructure on Cloud, so moving to self-host later is just a configuration change. Talk to us to set it up.

What happens if I exceed my plan limit?

Existing machines keep working. Adding the next machine prompts you to upgrade the plan. There is no surprise overage billing. You decide when to grow your subscription.

Is there a contract or commitment?

Month-to-month for Free and Pro, with no long-term commitment; cancel any time. Enterprise contracts are negotiated separately.

Do you offer annual billing discounts?

Annual billing receives a two-month equivalent discount (~17% off the monthly rate). Available on Pro and Enterprise tiers.

    Will these prices go up?

Yes, as Syncronis grows. But your rate is locked the day you start: existing customers are never moved onto a higher price. Whatever tier pricing is in effect when you sign up stays yours for good.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your vault (packages, logs, credentials) lives on your own infrastructure in both modes, so it is never touched. On Cloud, your control-plane account data (org structure, rollout configs, deploy history) has a 30-day export window, then deletion. On Self-hosted, nothing changes: you run the control plane too; it simply stops issuing new license tokens.

    Ready to start?

Create your organization in minutes. First 5 machines free, no card required. Running a larger fleet? Evaluate at full scale with a 14-day trial, then talk to the team to set one up.
