This Privacy Policy covers the syncronis.net marketing website only. The Syncronis platform (hosted at app.syncronis.net) and self-hosted deployments are covered by a separate platform privacy notice delivered at sign-up.

1. What we collect
This site collects personal data only when you contact us:
- Email contact submissions — when you email contact@syncronis.net, we receive your email address, the message you send, and any information you choose to include (name, company, fleet size, use case).
The site itself does not run analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
2. Why we collect it
We use the information you send us to:
- Respond to your inquiry
- Qualify access requests for our design partner program
- Send the personalised access link if you are selected
- Provide ongoing support during your evaluation
We do not use your information for marketing automation, retargeting, or profiling. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
3. Where we store it
Email correspondence is stored on email infrastructure operated for Syncronis. We retain inquiry emails for as long as the conversation is active and up to 24 months thereafter for follow-up purposes, then delete them unless you have become a customer (in which case retention is governed by the platform privacy notice).
4. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
